FAQ's

LM FAQ

Q: How do I know if this is the right class for my child?

A: Lone Mountain’s classes are designed to take many factors of a child’s participation in mind including age, skill or ability and social/emotional readiness. Classes should be selected based on your child’s age. If your child is interested in an advanced level class, please discuss with coaches or our front office staff. Coaches will be able to advise setting up an evaluation of skill proficiency.

Q: If I sign my child up for a class, how long are they registered?

A: Class sessions at Lone Mountain will vary from program to program throughout the year. Gymnastics and swimming classes are offered from late August through early June. Once you enroll, your placement in the class is effective immediately and you will remain enrolled until cancellation notice is provided (we ask for at least 24 hours notice prior to your next class). In the summer we offer a variety of Summer Camps starting mid-June through mid-August. Summer camps and summer swimming sessions require separate enrollment.

Q: How do I get started and enroll in a class?

A: First, find your class! We have several class offerings for a variety of ages and abilities so please feel free to explore all our classes and call our front office with questions.

Next, you can register in a few different ways:

  1. Directly through our website. Just follow the link from the class to find “Available Classes” and complete the enrollment information.

  2. Through our Customer Portal. Our front office will help you set up your portal for easy access to all our classes, bill payment and quick access to all your Lone Mountain notifications.

  3. Just give us a call! We are happy to help make sure you get your little one in the correct class.

Q: Does Lone Mountain offer any discounts?

A: Lone Mountain offers a 10% multi-class discount for eligible classes based on your enrollment. We are proud to also offer a 10% military discount. Discounts are not applied on online; they will be set up with our front office and reflected on your monthly billing statement. Talk to our front office about discounts that your family may be eligible for!

Q: How do I enroll in an Advanced level class?

A: Enrollment in an advanced level class is based on multiple factors to ensure the accurate placement of all children and for the safety for all athletes. To enroll or discuss the appropriate class for your child, please call our front office. An evaluation may be required to enroll.

Q: Can I pay on the first day of class?

A: No, payment is due upon enrollment.

Our office team and team of instructors and coaches work hard to closely monitor everything from accurate enrollment and billing to placement in a class to set each child up for success. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can help answer any questions you may have.
